Complete relocation incl. relocation of administration, production and spare parts warehouse in Cologne

We would like to thank the company AMG Pesch GmbH - manufacturer of pneumatic rotary actuators and high-quality industrial valves - for the trust placed in us and the good cooperation.

Thanks to a constant exchange of information and joint detailed planning, the entire relocation project in the south of Cologne was completed successfully and on schedule.

The challenge was to coordinate the relocation of the product and spare parts during ongoing operations. These had to be moved from several individual warehouses and two deep basements in a timely manner. Here, the individual parts had to be completely cleared out of the shelving systems, packed securely for transport, transported, and put away.

Parallel to this, production was successively dismantled by ZBV Fels and rebuilt at the new location. Starting with the production of the required oil collecting pans according to the regulations of the Water Resources Act up to the disassembly and assembly of various machines and equipment, all work was successfully mastered by the trained ZBV Fels personnel. All special requests were handled by ZBV Fels.

Even special requests such as the adaptation of large meeting tables during the administrative relocation could be fulfilled according to customer specifications.
