Henry Ford once said, “The only thing worse than training employees and letting them go is not training them and keeping them.” How right the American automotive pioneer still is today. Employees must be trained and educated—not because they are incapable from the start, but because this guides them toward better performance. That’s why our ZBV Fels team receives regular training and professional development—because we value our colleagues as long-term team members. Among other things, the following initiatives are currently planned and, in some cases, already underway:
- Team Leader Training for Three Colleagues with Authority to Issue Instructions
- Apprenticeship as a Plumbing Technician for an Additional Kitchen Cabinetmaker
- Apprenticeship as an Electrical Technician for an Additional Kitchen Cabinetmaker
- Training on Special Overseas Packaging and Art for Three More Colleagues
- Training Course for Freight Transportation Managers (IHK Exam)
- ASD Training on Occupational Safety for All Colleagues
