Thanks to a constant exchange of information and detailed joint planning, the entire relocation project in the south of Cologne was completed successfully and on schedule.

The challenge was to coordinate the relocation of the product and spare parts during ongoing operations. These had to be moved from several individual warehouses and two deep cellars at precisely the right time. The individual parts had to be completely removed from the shelving systems, packed safely for transportation, transported and put away.

At the same time, production was successively dismantled by ZBV Fels and rebuilt at the new location. Starting with the production of the required oil drip pans in accordance with the provisions of the Water Resources Act through to the dismantling and assembly of various machines and systems, all work was successfully completed by the trained ZBV Fels staff.

Special requests such as the adaptation of large meeting tables during the administrative move were also fulfilled according to customer specifications.
