The new headquarters of a well-known non-profit organization in Cologne was completed at the beginning of the year. Naturally, the relocation of employee workstations, meeting rooms, archives and IT was unavoidable. The move also had to take place over the weekend in order to minimize our customer’s downtime. As the unloading point was a new building, all walkways, including elevators, doors and passageways, were lined and protected in advance to prevent any damage. The more than 1700 moving boxes and a good 400.0 cubic meters of removal goods were moved from the three loading points to the five floors of the new building as planned. This meant that all employees were able to start work in the new offices on time on Monday.
